At Alkaram, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your Alkaram account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier partner location or schedule a home pickup through our returns portal using the provided prepaid label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
