For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination, usually ranging from 7 to 10 business days.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for unused items with original tags and packaging. Please note that sale items and customized stitched suits are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Alkaram ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards for both local and international customers.

To maintain the quality of our fabrics, we recommend hand washing or dry cleaning. Avoid using bleach, and always iron on a moderate heat setting to preserve the print and embroidery.
